free of cost; pre-purchase consultation service analyzing your skin & hair
to recommend you the most suitable EcstaCBeauty products as per your
requirements. We always recommend to take the suggested products for maximum
benefits. Each product has exclusive roles to play to show you the desired
results altogether. It is absolutely mandatory to follow and adapt the
suggested lifestyle changes and hygiene routine along with EcstaCBeauty
products usage. Kindly ensure that you are using the products religiously and
as per the instructions guided by your EcstaCBeauty Advisor. Discontinued usage
or irregular usage cannot help obtain maximum results.
Transit Loss: Transit Loss will be provided only in case of severe transit damage
resulting in complete breakage of the container or loss of the entire product.
Negligible transit spillage or leakage of product can happen during transit for
which no replacements will be provided. In case of severe transit loss, the
issue must be reported to our customer consultants on the day of delivery. Opening
video is mandatory for claiming transit loss. For severe transit loss and valid
claims, customers will not have to bear any charges. Fresh new product will be delivered
within 7-10 working days, we offer no money refund for transit loss.

One Time 5 Days Replacement Policy
In case any product that you have purchased
from EcstaCBeauty does not suit you, you can surely replace the products from
us. Although, we do not offer any money refund yet our hassle-free replacement
policy is absolutely customer centric. Kindly note the below mentioned terms
& conditions:
1)You need to raise a request to our
customer service department for the replacement within the first 5 days of the
product delivery.
2)You need to present your tracking id for
replacement claim.
3)You need to ship us back the product at
our ware house that you would like to exchange at your own cost. EcstaCBeauty
will not bear the shipping charges and it will not provide any pick-up
facility.
4)Once we receive the products our team
will check if your products/claims are fit for replacement and abide by all our
replacement protocols then only we will process your replacement.
5) We will deliver you the replaced
products within 14 business days and EcstaCBeauty will not charge any fee for
the delivery of the same.
6) We do not offer any money refund. We
only offer product replacement of the same value that you want to replace,
deducting the GST.
7) GST will not be included in your
replacement claim value. 18 % GST value will be deducted from your replacement
amount.
8)In case, of any additional payment
regarding to your replacement claim, you can pay us through online wallet and
bank transactions. However, in case of cod payment, the additional cash on delivery
charges will have to paid by you as the customer.

Orders once placed through
www.ecstacbeauty.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an
order has been successfully placed through www.ecstacbeauty.com
Out Of Stock Policy
We try our level best to work according to your convenience and in case we are unable to deliver you the ordered products within the stipulated time, we will contact you within 2 business day to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. If a product is out of stock, you may contact our customer service department, they will guide you to place the best alternative as per your skin/hair type.
