o   Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select pin codes, subject to additional handling charges.

  1. No Refunds on Payments – Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after placement.
  2. COD Order Confirmation – For Cash on Delivery orders, EcstaCBeauty reserves the right to verify and confirm orders before dispatch. Orders may be canceled if verification is unsuccessful.

  4. Failed Transactions & Payment Issues – If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This video must clearly capture the unboxing process, including the condition of the package, contents, and labels. Without this evidence, we regret that we will be unable to entertain any complaints or resolutions.
