Return & Exchange Policy
At EcstaCBeauty, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment is to bring you only the best in skincare and haircare, and we stand by the quality of our formulations. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we have a clear exchange policy with the following terms:
No Money Refunds – We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are allowed only as per the terms mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility – Customers may request an exchange only within 5 days of purchase, provided that:
1. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. The tamper-proof seal and outer packaging must be intact.
3. Proof of purchase (order invoice) is mandatory.
4. No Exchanges for Opened or Used Products – Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or even partially tested.
5. Customer Bears Return Shipping Costs – Customers must ship the product back at their own expense to be eligible for an exchange. We do not provide return shipping labels or pick-up services.
6. No Exchange on any sale items or free gifts.
7. Exchange for Same or Equivalent Product Only – Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, customers can choose an exchange after a 18% GST Deduction from the exchange value for:
· The same product (if they received a defective or damaged item).
· Another product of equal value after deducting 18% GST from the exchange value (if their request meets our eligibility criteria).
· No Exchanges for Personal Preferences – We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind," dislike of fragrance, texture, or effectiveness", as results vary from person to person.
· Inspection & Processing Time – All returned items undergo strict inspection before approval. If a return does not meet our conditions, the exchange request will be denied, and the product will not be sent back.
EcstaCBeauty is not liable for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and quality assurance for all customers. Cancellation Policy
At EcstaCBeauty, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order has been successfully placed—whether Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD), it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds for canceled or unfulfilled orders. We encourage customers to review their cart carefully before placing an order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
