At EcstaCBeauty, we love rewarding our customers with exciting offers and discounts! However, to ensure fair use and transparency, all offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to the following terms and conditions:
§ Offers are valid only on www.ecstacbeauty.com and cannot be redeemed elsewhere.
§ All discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at our sole discretion.
§ Sale up to 50% off does not imply that all products are on 50% discount; SALE is on selected products but this number will change as and when stock levels decrease. This Sale is only applicable in India.
§ Offers cannot be clubbed together. Only one offer, coupon, or discount can be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
§ Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
§ Coupon codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot apply a discount retroactively once an order is placed.
§ Some coupon codes may have minimum order value requirements, which must be met before the discount applies.
§ Discount codes may be applicable only on selected products or categories and may not apply to new launches, bundles, or already discounted items.
§ If an order placed with a discount code is canceled or returned, the discount will not be reinstated or transferred to a new order.
§ Free gifts or additional products under Buy X Get Y or Free Gift with Purchase offers are subject to stock availability.
§ If an order is returned or exchanged, the free product must also be returned in unused, original condition.
§ If the free product is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount or charged separately.
§ Flash sales and limited-time offers are strictly time-bound and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
§ Due to high demand, products may sell out quickly. EcstaCBeauty is not responsible if a product goes out of stock before checkout.
§ Orders placed before or after the promotional period will not be eligible for the offer, even if the website is facing high traffic or technical issues.
§ Any cashback or wallet credits offered will be credited to the customer’s EcstaCBeauty wallet within the specified timeframe.
§ Wallet credits are valid only for future purchases and cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.
§ If an order is canceled, cashback or wallet credits earned from that order will be reversed.
§ Products purchased during an offer, discount, or sale are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
§ Exchanges are only allowed if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, following our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
§ If an order containing an offer-based discount is partially returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the original price of retained items.
§ Orders placed with offers or discounts cannot be modified or canceled once processed.
§ If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order placed under an offer, EcstaCBeauty reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.
§ Any misuse of discounts, such as creating multiple accounts to claim multiple offers, will result in order cancellation and account suspension.
§ If we detect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to deny discounts and take legal action if necessary.
§ EcstaCBeauty reserves the right to change, modify, extend, or terminate any promotional offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
§ Any disputes regarding offers will be handled at EcstaCBeauty’s discretion, and the brand’s decision shall be final and binding.
§ All refunds will be in the form of wallet credits only.
