Wash your face with EcstaCBeauty sulfate-free facial cleanser, spray directly on the face and neck, or pour toner on a cotton pad and gently dab. It can be used as a make-up fixer too. Can be used twice a day both in AM & PM. Mix 2 tbsp of this toner for an excellent hydrating face mask. Follow it with ecstacbeauty's ubtan gel for intense hydration.
